Marketplace role
TradeSpot Ally is intended to operate as a marketplace connecting buyers and independent sellers. Sellers are responsible for the products they list, product accuracy, inventory, shipping, and fulfillment.
Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and use the marketplace lawfully.
Orders
Order acceptance, payment authorization, seller fulfillment, cancellation, returns, and disputes must follow the production marketplace rules displayed at the time of purchase.
Prohibited activity
Fraud, deceptive listings, unlawful products, intellectual-property violations, abuse, manipulation of reviews or transactions, and attempts to bypass marketplace protections may result in account restrictions.
